My October TBR

October TBR List

In all honesty I can’t believe that it’s October already. We’re flying through year – I have no idea where the rest of the year has gone! It’s definitely one of my favourite times of the year, not to mention they it’s my birthday month too, which is a bonus.

In today’s post I decided to write up about the books I want to read this month, hopefully it will motivate me actually read more.

In the last days before her death, Nel called her sister. Jules didn’t pick up the phone, ignoring her plea for help.

Now Nel is dead. They say she jumped. And Jules has been dragged back to the one place she hoped she had escaped for good, to care for the teenage girl her sister left behind.

But Jules is afraid. So afraid. Of her long-buried memories, of the old Mill House, of knowing that Nel would never have jumped.

And most of all she’s afraid of the water, and the place they call the Drowning Pool.

Can you tell that I enjoy the look of thrillers?

I have a lot of books on my bookshelf that are sat there eager for me to read them, but I’m hoping that this pushes me to get through them.

What book are you currently reading? I’d love to know in the comments!
