April Goals

April Goals

First things first, I can’t believe that we’re in April already. It really doesn’t seem two minutes since we were entering the new year, and now we’re a quarter of the way through it! Time really does fly by.

For this month I decided to set myself a couple of goals, both blog related and non-blog related. I’m going to keep it simple for this month and only set a couple of goals for myself, so let’s get into it.

  1. Reach 10,000 page views. I would absolutely love it if I reached 10,000 page views by the end of the month. It’s definitely achievable if I work hard on my blog.
  2. Reach 5,000 followers on Twitter.
  3. Finish reading my current book. I’m currently reading The Lie by C L Taylor and I’ve never read any of her books before, but I’m loving it so far. I may have to write a review on it once I’ve finished!
  4. Blog consistently throughout. This month I want to make it my priority to blog consistently since that’s what’s been lacking on my blog for the past couple of months. I’m hoping to blog between 2-3 times a week!
  5. Schedule tweets more often. This month I want to take advantage of scheduling tweets for Twitter in order to promote both my new and older content.
  6. Pick my driving lessons back up again. This is something that I’ve been meaning to do for a while now, but this month I’m going to make more of effort to do so!

That’s all the goals I’m setting for myself this month. Like I said I’m keeping it simple but hopefully achievable at the same time!

What are your goals for the next month?

  1. I don’t usually keep goals because I find that I work better when I just go after something without mentioning it. To-do lists work for me but goald don’t because I find that my focus usually changes mid-way. I’ve also found that I’m much better at reaching goals when I don’t add a time frame like the start of the month to the end and such. So I’m not keeping any goals but I would love to reach 1300 views on my blog this month.

    Good luck on your blogs!

  3. Great post! I love setting goals for myself! This month I’m really hoping to get my restricted license! I’ve been putting it off for so long but I think this month is the month. Good luck with all your goals for April! 🙂

  4. I hope you smash your goals! I’ve never heard of that book but I’d definitely be interested in reading a review when you’ve finished it! Scheduling tweets is such a good idea but I never get round to doing it, I definitely think my blog views are better on days when I do though! I’d love to be able to drive but with saving for a house lessons are too expensive for me to start again right now but my Fiancé is letting me practice on a car park in his car to try and get the hang of the basics again, good luck hun!

  5. I am yet to set myself some April goals, consistency is definitely going to be top of my list blogging-wise. Good luck with your April goals!

  6. I love these types of posts because they re truly inspiring and make me add things to my mental list of goals as well! I definitely share the blogging consistently goal as I only put out two blog posts in the entire month of March which was definitely a low. This month I hope to blog at least once a week so it starts to become a habit. Good luck with all your goals! I’m looking forward to reading your content this month and have just followed!
