The start of a new month means a fresh bullet journal set up! If I’m being honest I didn’t really use my bullet journal all that much during September, mainly due to the fact that I didn’t blog throughout the whole of that month. This month, however, I’m going to change that. As you may already know I’m attempting to take part in blogtober and this month I want to utilise my bullet journal more in order to keep on top of this.
Want to find out how I’m attempting to keep organised with blogtober this month? Carry on reading!
October Cover
The first page that I have the month of October is my cover page. For this page I took inspiration from Pinterest in order to design this page in Halloween style. I’m not the best at drawing, but I gave it my best shot! Pinterest is my favourite for inspiration. It’s only simple, but I like it!
Monthly Spread
As I’m hoping to complete blogtober this month, this monthly spread is really going to come in handy. At the right side, I have a list of blog comment threads throughout the week like in previous monthly spreads. Down the right hand side I have also added a small section for goals of the month! I’m quite happy with this page and it’s only simple.
Gratitude Log
This something I include every month and try to utilise as much as I can. I especially want to use it this month as I want to put more time and effort into self care. This past month has taken a toll on me and I’ve neglected self care for the most part, so I’m hoping that this will help me towards putting more effort into small acts of self care and kindness.
October Memories
This is a new page for me in my bullet journal, and of course it was inspired by Pinterest. I think this will be a nice thing to fill out either at the end of the month or throughout the month as a reminder of the positive things that have happened. It’ll be a nice reflection to look back on in the future too!
Year at a glance
The next page isn’t specifically for October, but I wanted to include it in this post anyway. After the October Memories page I decided to add the rest of the year (and the beginning of next year) onto a single spread page. I thought it would be a nice and simple thing to add so I could view the rest of the year more easily.

I was similar to you; I barely blogged at all and neglected my bullet journal in September. I’m not doing Blogtober but I’m hoping to be a bit more on top of things in October! (And carve a pumpkin) #randomfact 😆
