21st Birthday Shopping Haul

Not too long ago, I posted a poll on Twitter and asked my followers if they wanted a post where I showed things the things that I had bought with my birthday money. As you can see from the tweet below, the majority of people said that they were interested, so here we are! I hope you enjoy the post.

Harry Potter Book Collection

If you follow me on Instagram, you may have seen in my stories that I bought myself the full Harry Potter book collection which I love. This is something that I’ve had my eye on for a while now, but I couldn’t justify parting my money with. Since it was my birthday last week I thought I would finally treat myself! It’s a nice addition to my bookshelf and I love it.

Ring Dish

I went into Matalan not too long ago and I couldn’t resist buying this ring dish for my rings. On the dish, it says ‘woman on a mission’ written in gold lettering which I love. There’s nothing better than empowering words/quotes! It’s such a cute little dish.

Nyx Warm Neutrals Eyeshadow Palette

I’ve been looking for a new eyeshadow palette for a while now and when I saw this one I knew that I had to treat myself to it! It’s such a nice palette and I absolutely love it. I’ve already started playing around with the palette and I can’t wait to create new eyeshadow looks using it!

Benefit Bad Gal Bang Mascara (Mini)

I’ve needed a new mascara for a long time and whilst I was shopping in Boots I thought that I would take the plunge and try out the Benefit Bad Gal Bang Mascara. I didn’t want to spend my money on the full sized product, so I decided to try out the mini for half of the price. I’ve yet to try this mascara out, but I’m hoping that I’ll like it!

Classic Mock Croc Midi Handbag

I decided that I wanted a handbag that was smaller than my current want that I use for work in order to use if I’m ever going out or anything like that. I saw this handbag in Matalan which I loved. It’s the perfect size, I love how it has two compartments, a double carry handle as well as the option for a long strap.

The NYX Warm Neutrals is meant to be a pretty good dupe for Naked Heat, I really hope you like the Bad Gal Bang mascara I personally don’t get on with it much but maybe you’ll get on with it more! I really want to read the Harry Potter books again but I have so many books already on my TBR pile, I’d love to get the audiobooks!

  10. I think it’s always nice to see what people buy for themselves or what they get for Christmas / birthdays as long as it’s tastfully written which you have 100% nailed! Absolutely in love with the ring dish, I’m a little obsessed with homeware product like that lately πŸ’•

  17. Happy belated birthday! I always enjoy seeing what people get for their birthdays or christmas so I really enjoyed reading this post. I got the whole Harry Potter series for my birthday a few years ago too. Thanks for sharing xx

  19. Some fab choices here, especially the Harry Potter set! (Total Potterhead over here!)

    I’ve been looking for a ring dish like that for ages – I might have a look and get it from Matalan’s website! I constantly forget about Matalan because there isn’t one near me, but they always sell great stuff!
