We all have our morning rituals. Some people can’t think before they’ve had a strong cup of coffee, others need to open all the curtains for a bit of sunlight to make them feel truly awake. But what should we be doing first thing when it comes to beauty? Are there certain activities that make us look and feel great for the rest of the day? Wee got some as tips on shaping your morning schedule to ensure just that, and also, learning what tooth enamel is.
Skin care regime
First things first it’s important to take care of your skin. What this actually involves will vary depending on your skin tone,but most of us need to do something in the morning. If you have naturally dry skin this may involve a heavy duty moisturiser. If you’re the opposite you may need to make sure your face is oil-free with some gentle miscellanies water and a bit of cleansing.

Something important for both your skin and overall health is to ensure you’re having enough to drink throughout the day and this needs to start first thing. Be sure to include drinking a cool glass of fresh water in your morning ritual. Being fully hydrated will improve your skin tone, hair, nails and the way you feel too, which is an important part of beauty!
Once you’ve hydrated (and had something to eat too) the next important step in your beauty regime is to clean your teeth. No one wants stained or yellowing teeth, it ruins even the perfect smile, but by thoroughly brushing after every meal you can ensure lovely pearl white teeth. Whatever you do, just remember to look after your teeth carefully, it’s crucial to any beauty ritual.
Finally you might want to consider integrating some exercise into your beauty regime. While beauty is more commonly associated with makeup and skincare products, by spending time exercising in the morning not only will you look beautiful, you’ll also feel great about yourself which gives you that special glow. It doesn’t need to take long, just a 15 minute workout first thing in the morning is a great addition to any beauty regime.
